1.1 - RSS Feeds

Added RSS feeds of Payments on a per User basis. You must be logged for your RSS feed url to show up.

1.2 - Recurring Billing

I have added the ability to create a recurring billing. There are a few options available with recurring billing:

1. It can be set to recur for a user choosable amount of time.
2. It can be set to recur based on a total balance of a bill and stop once the total reaches $0.
3. It will work for both your personal bills as well as for your group bills and will distribute the payments within the users in the group accordingly.
